Philip Dale Johnson, 64, of Leitchfield KY, passed away Wednesday, (November 9, 2011) at his home.
He was born on March 26, 1947, in Tar Hill, KY, the son of the late James J. and Frances Darnell Johnson. He was a Vietnam veteran serving in the US Air Force and attended Harvest Time Apostolic Church.
He is survived by his wife Irene Hack Johnson, a daughter Kimberly (Sherman) Miller of Clarkson, a son Dustin Johnson of Leitchfield, seven brothers Gerald L. (Reva) Johnson of Brooks, KY, Delton L. (Betty) Johnson of Louisville, KY, Larry R. (Paula) Johnson of Elizabethtown, KY, Howard J. Johnson of Lake City, FL, Roger L. (Ann) Johnson of Springfield, KY, Gary A. (Sandy) Johnson of Leitchfield, KY, and Darrell D. (Theresa) Johnson of KY, 2 sisters Delores J. Brown of California and Beverly Asberry of Campbellsburg, IN, 2 grandchildren Nicholas and Gracie Miller, and an Aunt, Cheryl Gibson of Brandenburg, KY.
