Obituary
Ralph Warren Sherrard, age 70, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday (March 5, 2007) at the Commonwealth Regional Specialty Hospital in Bowling Green, KY.
He was born on March 18, 1936, in Hardin County, KY, the son of Bruce and Alberta Sherrard. He was a self employed tax consultant and bookkeeper at R and R Income Tax Service and was a member of the Leitchfield First General Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth White Sherrard, one daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Kelly Ramsey of Leitchfield, four brothers, David of Michigan, Bobby and Steve both of Elizabethtown, KY and Joe Sherrard of West Virginia, three sisters, Jeanette Keen of Louisville, KY, Martha VanMeter of Florida and Alice Dupont of North Carolina and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. CST Friday (March 9, 2007) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bros. Brian and Denny Matthews will be officiating. Burial will be in the Sanders Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until time of service Friday.
