Obituary
Rebecca Lynn Foreman, age 57, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Monday, (July 31, 2017) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on January 29, 1960 in Leitchfield, the daughter of her late father, Jerry Arnold Litsey and Mary Porter Harrel.
She was a registered nurse, working in the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center Surgical Department. She enjoyed bird watching, flower gardening, and spending time outdoors. She was a member of the Yeaman Church of Christ.
She is survived by her husband, Lowell Foreman of Short Creek; son, Bradley Farris; step-daughters, Rebecca Stillwell and Christina Phillips (J.R.) all of Breckinridge County; step-son, Nathaniel Foreman of Leitchfield; mother, Mary Harrel of Short Creek; brother, Steven Litsey of Short Creek; and several nieces and nephews. Her beloved dog, Alex, also survives.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Arnold Litsey, and her brother, Kevin Litsey.
Cremation was chosen and, at her request, there will be no services.
