Obituary
Rebecca Hazelwood, age 47, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (November 12, 2008) at her residence.
She was born on October 22, 1961, in Grayson County KY, the daughter of Robert Carroll and Francis Basham Green. She was a housewife and was a member of the Potters Hope.
She is survived by her husband, James Robert Hazelwood Sr., three sons, Junior, Jason and Matt Hazelwood all of Leitchfield, one daughter, Tasha Hazelwood of Big Clifty, KY, her mother, Francis Green, Bardstown, KY, three brothers, Anthony Carroll of Louisville, KY, Jimmy Carroll of Bardstown and Robert Carroll of Leitchfield, two sisters, Teresa Marienau of Bardstown and Lisa George of Indiana and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Carroll.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday (November 16, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Summit Methodist Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
