Regina Faye Brooks, age 62, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (August 11, 2020) in Joliet, Illinois.

She was born on March 25, 1958 in Jefferson County, KY, the daughter of the late James F. and Georgia Beeler Masters.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, reading and listening to music by Gretchen Wilson.

She is survived by one daughter, Tanya McCarty of Chicago, Il, one son, Danny McCarty of Louisville, KY, one step-child, Pamela Brooks of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Dyvannya, Tori, and Q; and best friend, Judy Watson.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, James Brooks, three brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, (August 17, 2020) at the Smith Jack Cemetery in Mammoth Cave, KY, in Edmonson County.
