Richard Lee "Fat Cat" Odom, Jr., age 63, of Big Clifty, KY, passed away Wednesday, (June 26, 2019) at his residence in Big Clifty.

He was born on February 28, 1956 in, Indianapolis, IN, the son of the late Richard Lee and Evelyn Coss Odom.

He was a truck driver and a produce vendor who enjoyed flea markets and yard sales and was a member of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by three brothers, Jonathan Odom, Curtis Odom and Jimmy Odom all of Big Clifty, KY; sisters, Lisa Lutz (James) of Arizona, Ginnie Stinson (Danny) of Indianapolis, IN and Tracy Allen (Dean Sr.) of Leitchfield, KY.; 18 nieces and nephews, 19 great nieces and nephews, and 1 great-great-niece also survive.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 sisters-in-law, Donna Odom and Patty Odom; and a nephew, Brooks Odom.

Cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, (July 7, 2019) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. until time of services.
