Obituary
Ricky Dean Mattingly, age 52, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (April 30, 2016) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born on November 17, 1963 in Louisville, KY, the son of the Edward and Carol Wilson Mattingly.
He was an avid UK basketball fan and loved county and bluegrass music.
He is survived by his mother, Carol Mattingly of Leitchfield, four brothers, Charles and Robert Mattingly both of Rosedale, IN, Kevin Dale of Wilmington NC and Jimmy Mattingly of Burns, TN, four sisters, Wilma Felker of Rosedale, IN, Judy Lavonne Mattingly of Indiana, Brenda Lee Rigdon and Tina Marie Decker both of Leitchfield and several nieces and nephews also survives.
He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Mattingly.
There will be no visitation with private family services held at a later date.
