Robert "Bob" Lee Cummings, age 64, of Rineyville, KY, passed away Tuesday, (December 17, 2019) at his residence.

He was born on January 26, 1955 in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of the late Roy Lee Cummings and his mother Peggy Kippes Cummings.

He was a retired machinist from Vermont American and a member of the NRA who enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing, boating, and was a member of the Freedom's Way Church.

He is survived by his three sons, Robert Tucker (Robin) of Versailles, KY, Michael Tucker (Ashley) of Rineyville, KY, and Dylan Cummings (Sara) of Elizabethtown, KY; two daughters, Kristy Parsons of Buffalo, KY, and Rebecca Cummings of Elizabethtown, KY; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Amy Moore; and his mother, Peggy Cummings.

Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Cummings and one grandchild, Cameron Franke.

Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. CST Saturday, (December 21, 2019) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Billy Curle will be officiating. Burial will be in the Eveleigh Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. CST on Saturday until time of services.
