Obituary
Robert Eugene Curtis Sr., age 58, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (July 11, 2007) at his home.
He was born on April 17, 1949, in Louisville, KY, the son of Dewey L. and Sadie Mildred King Curtis.
He is survived by, one son, Robert Curtis Jr. (Rita) of Caneyville, two daughters, Gina Curtis Dockery (Jimmy) of Caneyville and Joanie Curtis Powell (Steve) of Clarkson, also his mother, Sadie Mildred Curtis of Leitchfield, three brothers, Donald Curtis of CA, Jr Curtis of FL, and Danny Curtis of TN, seven sisters, Betty Hartwig of NH, Annette Langdon, Sara Benefiel, Jennie Renfrow all of Leitchfield, Janice Becker of Bowling Green, Gail Kincaid and Delores Curtis both of TN four grandchildren, Austin and Logan Curtis, Jessica Dockery and Sydney Powell. He was preceded in death by his father, Dewey Lee Curtis .
Cremation was chosen. The family will receive friends Friday (July 13, 2007) from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
Interment will be held at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Toys for Tots and the KY Dept. for the Blind.
