Obituary
Robert Finley Noblett, age 83, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (May 20, 2010) at his home.
Finley was born November 3, 1926 in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late John Walter and Tida Mae Kiper Noblett. He was a member of the Pleasant Valley United Baptist Church and an Army veteran of WWII.
He is survived by his wife, Nawanda Lewis Noblett of Leitchfield, one son, Marty Noblett (Kristin) of Caneyville, two daughters, Joann Sanders (Richard) of Cub Run, KY, Connie Berry (Pat) of Leitchfield, KY, one sister, Mary Willis of Leitchfield, 5 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Billy and Preston Noblett.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday (May 23, 2010) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Sonny Fields will be officiating. Burial will be in the Duff Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 5:00p.m to 9:00 p.m. Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
