Roger Douglas Hayse, age 52, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Thursday, (July 09, 2026) in Caneyville.

He was born on October 18, 1973 in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late Arthur and Mary Hayes Hayse.

He was a brick mason who enjoyed fishing, tinkering on cars and lawn mowers, and spending time with his children.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda Edlin Hayse of Caneyville; two sons, Douglas Hayse and Dylan Hayse, both of Caneyville; a daughter, Sarah Marjanovic (Luka) of Centertown, KY; and five siblings, Ricky Hayse of Butler County, Brenda Lee (Rabbit) of Leitchfield; Arlene Hayse and Darlene Hayse, both of Elizabethtown, & Rodney Hayse (Shelley) of Caneyville. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

A Graveside Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Monday, (July 13, 2026) at the Kelly Cemetery in Caneyville. Bro. Thomas will be officiating.
