Roger D. Metcalfe, age 76 , of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (January 4, 2021) at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, KY.

He was born on October 31, 1944 in Leitchfield, KY, the son of the late Allen and Minta McDonald Metcalfe.

He was a former factory worker at Vermont American and former member of the U.S. Army.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, volunteering at his church, driving around town and was a member of the Potter's Hope Church in Leitchfield.

He is survived by his two daughters, Tracy Metcalfe of Leitchfield, KY, and Pat Clemons (Ricky) of Bonifay, FL; one son, Kevin Beville; four granddaughters, Makayla Decker (Dalton), Makenna Duggins, Kelly Walker, Amanda Clemons, and Megan Korte; three grandsons, Adam Clemons, Derek Beville, and Jacob Beville; six great-grandchildren, Carson Powell, Chevy Decker, Bryce Dickie, Kole Dickie, Landon Korte and Kylie Beville; one brother, Jack Metcalfe of Leitchfield, KY; one sister, Wanda Hill of Louisville, KY; two nieces; two nephews; several great-nieces and great-nephews; ex-wife and best friend, Sarah Metcalfe; and best friend, Brenda Shoptaw also survive.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by one grandson, Kaden Duggins; and one sister, Margaret Metcalfe.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Monday, (January 11, 2021) at the Potter's Hope Church in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons will be officiating. Burial will be in the Williams Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Potter's Hope Church from 9:30 a.m. on Monday until time of services.
