Obituary
Ronald Wayne Carter, age 70, of Millwood, KY, passed away Saturday, (December 09, 2017) at his home.
He was born on January 22, 1947 in Falls of Rough, KY, the son of the late Herbert and Katherine Fentress Carter.
He was a truck driver who enjoyed riding horses and was a member of the Pilgrim Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Alice Faye Dowell Carter; five sons, Ronnie Wayne Carter of Mississippi, Jeffrey Carter of New Albany, Indiana, Randy Carter and Ricky Carter, both of Millwood, and Robert Carter of Caneyville; two daughters, Ronda Galko of Virginia and Crystal Lane Carter of Millwood; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Four brothers and sisters, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother.
Cremation was chosen and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
