Ronnie McStoots, 58 , of Sadler, KY, passed away Friday, (August 24, 2012) at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.

He was born on March 5, 1954, in Grayson County, Kentucky, the son of the late Clint and Ulva Mae Whitaker McStoots.

He was a Farmer who loved fishing, farming, riding four wheelers and being with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Doris Jean McStoots of Sadler, his only daughter, Stacie Shelton, son-in-law Danny Shelton, two granddaughters Trisha and Miranda Shelton of Shrewsbury, six sisters, Willadean (Ernst) Sandlin of Sadler, Irene Ray, Carolyn Croghan, Dorothy (Teddy) Stevenson and Doris (Mike) Houchin all of Leitchfield, Ora (Phillip) Clements of Shrewsbury, three brothers, Clarence "Bud" (Sandra) McStoots of Louisville, Mack and Clifford (Mary) McStoots of Sadler, two wonderful friends, Barbara Jo Mitchell and Greg "Slim" Manning and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clint and Ulva McStoots and a brother Jimmy McStoots.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, (August 28, 2012) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Ed Cockriel will be officiating. Burial will be in the New Freedom cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Monday and from 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until time of services.
