Obituary
Roxiey Geneva Thornton, age 75, formerly of Leitchfield, KY, passed away in Friday (August 10, 2007) in Oklahoma.
She was born on January 16, 1932, in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of Samuel and Nanny J. Carwile Kiper.
She is survived by four sons, Gregory (Debbie) Thornton of Leitchfield, J Michael (Margaret) Thornton of Hudson, KY, James (Wilda) Thornton, of Oklahoma, and Garret (Teresa) Thornton of South, KY, two daughters, Riccai Abner of Melbourne, Australia and Nina Olszanski of Newalla, Oklahoma, three brothers, Audrey of Texas, Gordon of Leitchfield and Edgar Kiper of Jeffersontown, KY and six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday (August 15, 2007) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Calvert Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield after 1:00 p.m. Tuesday (August 14, 2007)
