Obituary
Russell F. "Pete" Decker, age 91, of Olaton, KY, passed away Friday, (October 13, 2017) at his home.
He was born on May 11, 1926 in Yeaman, KY, the son of the late Wayne and Dale Young Decker.
He was a veteran of the United States Army who worked as a truck driver for Certified Concrete for 37 and a half years.
He is survived by his son, James Decker of Albuquerque, NM; a daughter-in-law, Toni Roark of Indianapolis, IN; two grandchildren, Natalee Decker of California and Nigel Decker of Albuquerque, NM; and a sister, Addie Wooden of Caneyville, KY.
Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Leona Patterson Decker; a daughter, Rita Decker; two sisters, Imogean Brown and Sue Ellen Alumbaugh; and a brother, William Decker.
In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen.
