Sally LaVerne Kocher, age 67, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Wednesday, (March 28, 2018) at her home.

She was born on October 30, 1950 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Robert Mitchell and Ina Louise Mudd Hack.

She was a housewife, who enjoyed crafting, ceramics and making photo albums. She was a member of the Pleasant Union United Baptist Church (Wilson).

She is survived by her sons, Michael Miller of Oregon, Allen Miller of Las Vegas, Nevada, William "Billy" Joseph Kocher III (Emily) and Patrick Kocher both of Clarkson; daughters, Vickie Gentry (Chris) of Louisville and Tammy Watkins (Gary) of Leitchfield; 25 grandchildren and five great grandchildren; two brothers Robbie (Carolyn) and Kenny Hack both of Leitchfield; and several nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William J. Kocher, Jr., daughter Nancy Benavides, sister Bonnie Hogan and two brothers Leonard Hack and Carl Cockrill.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, (April 2, 2018) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Pleasant Union (Wilson) Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
