Samuel Quentin Noblett, age 57, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (June 26, 2022) at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes.

He was born on June 08, 1965 in Grayson County, KY, the son of the late Preston and Reba Lynn Noblett.

He spent the biggest part of his life working hard to provide for his family. He was a farmer and a heavy machinery operator who had recently started his own trucking business: Samuel Noblett's Trucking. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, working cattle and raising a garden. You could always find him spending time with his family or going to church. He was a member and trustee of Pleasant Valley United Baptist Church.

Those who knew him have heard him tell about the most important day in his life. On October 13 ^th 1976 at age 11 the Lord saved his soul at Pine Knob Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 39 years, Freda Payton Noblett;  two daughters, Elizabeth Noblett and Rebecca Escue; a son-in-law, Tyler Escue; four grandchildren, Nathan Noblett, Hannah Noblett, Ruby Escue & Webb Escue; two brothers, Asa Noblett & Robert Noblett; two sisters, Linda Dudgeon & Patricia Noblett.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, (July 2, 2022) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Jason Alexander, Bro. Blake Newton & Bro. Austin Wade will be officiating. Burial will be in the Duff Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
