Scott Travis Lashley, age 60, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Wednesday, (March 15, 2023) at his residence.

He was born on August 11, 1962 in Louisville, KY, the son of the late James Travis and Wilma Jean Powell Lashley.

He was a Master Plumber and had owned Lashley Plumbing. He was a member of Vocational Industrial Clubs of America. His passion was music and playing his guitar. He played his guitar with The Breeze Band for several years.  He enjoyed the outdoors, canoeing and was an avid arrowhead hunter.  Scott was a member of Claggett United Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Lashley; sister, Vickie Mullins (Donnie); brother, Chris Lashley (Frances); daughter, Savannah Barrett (Joe); granddaughter, Sylvia June; daughter, Ariel Shamblin (Eric); grandchildren, Devyn, Kooper, and Lincoln House and Carter Cruz;  a special friend, Robert Saltsman (Tammee); special sister-in-law, Michelle Stevenson; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, (March 19, 2023) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Ricky Armstrong will be officiating. Burial will be in the Prewitt Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Sunday until time of services.
