Sean Mitchell Wheeler, age 49, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (December 7, 2023) at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes in Leitchfield.

He was born on August 9, 1974 in Phoenix, AZ, the son of Marvin Ray Wheeler and the late Judy Ann Rutherford Wheeler.

He worked in customer returns at Amazon who enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors, and attended the Clarkson Community Church.

He is survived by his wife, Tammy Wheeler; three daughters, Cheyenne Wheeler (James), Sierra Wheeler (Justin), Chloe Wheeler (Jesse); step-children, Josh Burden (Becky) and Emily Burden (Alex);grandaughters, Albany Klenk and Violet Boone; a grandaughter on the way; Willow Ray; two sisters, Jeanette Ramey & Debbie Wheeler (Brent); and his father, Marvin Wheeler. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and a host of friends also survive.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

In keeping with his wishes, cremation was chosen.
