Obituary
Sherman Ray Clements, age 66, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (November 15, 2012) at the Norton's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
He was born on October 15, 1946, in Shrewsbury, KY, the son of Howard Ray and Alene Albro Clements.
He was a carpenter, who enjoyed fishing, hunting mushroom hunting and gardening.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Odle Clements, his mother, Alene Clements of Shrewsbury, three brothers, Don (Sue) Clements of Henderson NV, Phillip (Ora) and David Clements (Liz) both of Shrewsbury, five sisters, Agnes Day (Glen) and Rosie Whobrey (Harold) both of Shrewsbury, Alta Woosley (KO) of Tousey, KY, Judy Clark (Charlie) of Navarre, FL and Wanda Beatty (Mike) of Caneyville, KY, an aunt, Irene Albro of Shrewsbury and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Ray Clements.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, (November 18, 2012) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Chester Shartzer will be officiating. Burial will be in the Layman Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
