Sibbie (Swift) Embry age 97, of Leitchfield, KY. passed away Wednesday (January 9, 2008) at the Grayson Manor Nursing Home, Leitchfield, KY.

She was a housewife and a member of the Zion Harmony General Baptist Church for over seventy five years. She was born on November 28, 1910 in Butler Co. the daughter of Richard and Liza (Beasley)Swift.

She is survived by five sons, William Bratcher of Shepherdsville,KY, Dewey and Glendon Bratcher both of Caneyville,KY, Larry Embry of Louisville, KY and Dalis Embry of LaGrange KY, one daughter, Eva Sue Tarrence of Caneyville, twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and three great great grandchildren. Other than her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husbands, Wavie Bratcher and Irvin Embry and one son, Roy Bratcher.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 P.M. Saturday (January 12, 2008) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville. Bro. Aden England will be officiating. Burial is in the Zion Harmony Cemetery.
