Obituary
Stevie J. Embry , age 58 of Caneyville, KY, passed away Friday (November 12, 2010) at Rose Wood Health Care.
He was born on June 21,1952, the son of V.J. and Ava (Carter) Embry. He was a member of the Wilson Home Baptist Church, an avid bowler with the Silver Bullets, with an honorable discharge from the National Guard after serving 6 years.
He is survived by Debbie Embry, four sons, Corey Embry of Bowling Green, Todd McCombs of Morgantown, T.J. Embry and Micah Embry both of Bowling Green, his father V.J. Embry of Caneyville, three grandchildren, Landon, Colton and Elizabeth Embry. He was preceded in death by his mother Ava.
Funeral services will be at the Wilson Home Baptist Church Monday, November 15, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. with interment in the Wilson Home Cemetery. Bro. Dewey Baker will be officiating.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Caneyville 5-9 P.M. Sunday and at the Church after 9:00 A.M. Monday, until funeral time.
