Obituary
Sudie Jane Griffith, age 96, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (March 2, 2011) at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born on March 5, 1913, in Leitchfield KY, the daughter of the late Jessie Edgar and Emma Kendall Blanton Higdon. She was retired from General Electric and was a member the St Joseph Catholic Church.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and was a special mother and grandmother to Ann, Brittany and Mandy Sanders.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday (March 5, 2011) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Rev. Randy Howard will be officiating. Burial will be in the Lyle Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday and from 9:00 a.m. Saturday until time of services.
