Sue Ann Alvey Morris, age 76, of Hodgenville, KY, passed away Sunday, (September 24, 2023) at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

She was born on August 23, 1947 in Sonora, KY, the daughter of the late Chester and Margaret Brown Alvey.

She is survived by her husband Ed "Eddie" Morris; a son, Michael Morris; a daughter, Debbie Morris; two brothers, Randy "Tim" Alvey (Diane) & Roger Alvey, both of Sonora; and a sister, Julie Sherrard (Randy) also of Sonora. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James Alvey.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Sunday, (October 1, 2023) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Sonora Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
