Sue Ann Miller, age 73, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (May 4, 2016) at the University of Louisville Hospital.

She was born on July 26, 1942, in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late L.O. and Malissa Pratt Jobe.

She was a retired secretary from Farm Bureau Insurance, with over 40 years of service. She was a graduate of Spencerian College of Nursing where she earned her LPN degree. She worked as a nurse in several different places after graduating. Sue was an avid reader, who enjoyed sewing, and flowers. She was a member of Clearview Baptist Church in Leitchfield.

She is survived by her son, Greg Miller (Diane) of Upton; two daughters, Kathy King (JR) of Leitchfield, and Karen Wheatley (Tommy) of Clarkson; five grandchildren, Nick, Travis, Taylor, Addie, and Dustin; and five great-grandchildren, Bryce, Dillon, Charlie, Jaxon, and Clair.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandchild, Heather Higdon, two sisters, Jean Deweese, and Marcella Jobe; and three brothers, Ken Pratt, Thomas Jobe, and Peanut Jobe.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, (May 6, 2016) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Chester Shartzer will be officiating. Burial will be in the Sanders Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
