Talana Faye Blair, age 68, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Saturday, (June 12, 2021) at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on March 29, 1953 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Willie and Mary Quiggins Sarver.

She was a homemaker and full-time mother who enjoyed gambling, playing Bingo, slot machines, and electronic card games and loved her coffee and cigarettes.

She is survived by her children, Travis Brooks (Kelly Neighbors) of Morgantown, KY, Tracy Brooks of Leitchfield, Trapper Brooks (Ashley Keown) of Morgantown, Tyler Sarver (Ashley Jaggers) of Leitchfield and Troy Blair of Clarkson; 11 grandchildren, Coty Leslie, Brittany Brooks Lum, Kelsey Brooks, Christa Coates, Tarah Henderson, Tylie Sarver, Theo Sarver, Isaac Keown, Jagger Brooks, Jackson Brooks, and Gunnar Brooks; 1 great-grandchild, Ashlyn Jones; and four sisters, Linda Hardin of Louisville, KY, Patricia Franks of Caneyville, Rosemary Fentress (Melvin) of Louisville and Betty Jean Clemons of Clarkson. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Leslie Smith.

Funeral services will be at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, (June 16, 2021) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Cremation will follow.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
