Obituary
Tara Nichole Lush Wallace, age 34, of Louisville, KY, passed away Friday, (December 30, 2016) in Louisville, KY.
She was born on June 26, 1982 in Jefferson County, KY, the daughter of Charles W. and Dianna Clemons Lush.
She loved to paint and color, and enjoyed spending time with her children.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas Wallace, Jr. of Breckinridge County; two daughters, Kaylee Blair Hall of Tennessee, and Cloey Jo Wallace of Breckinridge County; and one son, Caden Lee Wallace of Breckinridge County; father, Charles W. Lush (Bridgett) of Leitchfield; mother, Dianna Clemons Lush of Louisville; brother, Charles Wayne Lush, Jr. (Scrapper), and his wife, Lori, of Louisville.
Prayer services will be at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, (January 5, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Rev. Babu will be officiating.
Cremation was chosen.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday.
