Terry Barnes, age 67, of West Point, KY, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 2, 2023.

He was born on May 30, 1956 in Louisville, KY, the son of the late Charles Barnes and Lucille Lambert Allen.

He was an owner/operator of TLB Concrete. He was a member of Iron Workers Union Local #70. He was a hard worker and loved his profession, building and working with concrete. He loved to help others in their time of need. Terry was initiated as a member into the Barker Masonic Lodge #129 S. & A.M of West Point, KY on March 19,1991.  He was also a member of West Point Methodist Church.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews, a host of friends and co-workers that he enjoyed working with.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Candy Barnes; his son, Michael White; four brothers, Donald Ray, Bubby, his twin brother, Larry, and Danny; and two sisters, Sandra and Peggy.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday (June 10, 2023) at 2:00 p.m. CDT at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Vol Layman Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Saturday beginning at 10:00 a.m. CDT until time of service at Dermitt Funeral Home.
