Theresa Gail Logsdon

Theresa Gail Logsdon, age 65, of Millwood, KY , passed away Monday, (September 7, 2026) at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY.

She was born on October 4, 1960, in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Lonnie Everett and Elzora Durbin Newton.

Theresa was a home maker and also an animal lover. She had an assortment of wild animals from the woods in her back yard. She loved to watch them along with the birds, because she loved wildlife and wildflowers. She was very family oriented especially around the holidays. She enjoyed cooking and baking for all her family gatherings.

She is survived by her children, Daniel Miller (Ashley), Brenda Harvey (Cole), and Felicia Logsdon; her grandchildren, Beth and Gary Myatt, Ann Marie and Brittany Harvey, and Carter and Carson; great-grandchildren, Harper and Daisy; and several nieces and nephews.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leonard Raymond Newton and sisters, Sharon K. Newton and Karon E. Newton Willis.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, (September 16, 2026) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Vol Layman Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday (September 15, 2026) and from 9:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
