Thomas H. Dennison, age 67, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Thursday, (September 25, 2025) at Owensboro Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY.

He was born on November 26, 1957, in Bloomington, Illinois, the son of the late Charles and Margaret Stevenson Dennison.

He retired from Grayson Manor after 27 years working in maintenance. Thomas enjoyed watching demolition derby, going fishing, and watching television, especially M.A.S.H. He loved his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed spending time with his great-grandson, Little Logan. Thomas married his wife, Cassie Dennison, on June 7, 1980, who sadly passed away before his death.

He is survived by his children, Tabitha Dennison and Luke Dennison; grandchildren, Sahale, Aaron, Logan, Breana, Jenna, Lacy, Lee, Lucas, Elizabeth, and Levi; two great-grandchildren, Little Logan and Kyrie; brothers, Charles and Mike Dennison; and sisters, Janet Stiles, and Peggy Hazelwood.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Cassie Dennison; sisters, Mary King, and Lynn Hudspeth; and brother, David Dennison.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held on Saturday, (October 4, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.  Cremation will follow.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Dermitt Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
