Thomas Joe "TJ" Lindsey, age 38, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (January 3, 2025) at his residence.

He was born on May 2, 1986 in Leitchfield, KY, the son of Mark Lindsey and Sharon Hack Sandlin.

TJ enjoyed fishing, shooting his bow and arrow, mowing and doing yard work.

He is survived by his son, Isaiah Lindsey; his loving soul-mate, Holley Lindsey; mother and step-father, Sharon and Larry Sandlin, who raised him; father, Mark Lindsey; step-children, Jadyn and Kaydense Forsyth; brother, Michael Sandlin; sister, Sara Hamilton; very special nephew, Tobias Schacht; grandmothers, Myrtle Hack and Louise Lindsey; and several aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Bobby Hack and Delmar Lindsey; grandparents, Charles and Bernice Sandlin; and three uncles.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, (January 11, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.  Cremation will follow the service.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday until time of services.
