Obituary
Thomas Dwayne Lindsey, age 43, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Saturday, (February 17, 2007) at his residence.
He was born on December 16, 1963, in Chicago, IL, the son of Robert and Ola Faye Johnson Lindsey. He was a machine operator at Mid Park Metals and was a member of the Sportman's Club.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Messenger Lindsey, three step children, Roger Woosley, Sharon McCloud and Amanda Pruitt all of Leitchfield, four brothers, Robert, Roger, David and Billy all of Leitchfield, two granddaughters and four grandsons.
Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (February 21, 2007) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield.
The family will receive friends at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. until time of service Wednesday.
