Thomas Noah Reed, age 42, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (May 23, 2011) at his home.
He was born on May 24, 1968, in Louisville KY, the son of the late Thomas Reed and June Hazelwood. He was a construction worker.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa Maxfield Reed, one son, Noah Reed and one daughter, Tomi Reed both of Leitchfield, two step-daughters, Jessica Maxfield and Deanna Kaczor, his step-mother, Linda Reed, two brothers and a sister, Jason and Anthony Reed and Stephanie Hack. Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and a sister, Charles Wallace Reed and Vickie Chandler.
Cremation was chosen with the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield in charge of the arrangements.
