Thomas "Freddie" Wilkins, age 54, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Sunday, (August 13, 2023) at Owensboro Health Twin Lakes in Leitchfield, KY.

He was born on July 19, 1969 in Jefferson County, KY, the son of Charlotte Robinson Tucker and the late Gene Wilkins.

He was an autobody repairman for Final Finish in Morgantown, KY who enjoyed fishing, riding ATVs, and spending time with his grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Linday Wilkins of Caneyville; two sons, Ben Decker of Caneyville and Shane Clemons (Alana) of Leitchfield; a daughter, Cherish Logsdon (James) of Bardstown, KY; nine  grandchildren, Madison, Callie, Rylan, Evan, Elliott, Amelia, Salem, Dalanie & Rowan; two sisters, Denise Vanas (Adrian) of Brandenburg & Kathy Jenkins (Dale) of Big Clifty; a brother, Mike Wilkins (Laura) of Hudson,; and his mother, Charlotte "Tucker" (Milt Galloway) of Westview, KY. Several nieces, nephews and his beloved dogs Zoey, Lucifer Dane & Zeus also survive.

Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Fred & Ina Wilkins; his maternal grandparents, Felix & Christine Robinson and his pit bull, Harley.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, (August 20, 2023) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Joe Brooks will be officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Union United Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 9:00 a.m. Sunday until time of services.
