Timothy "Bo" Cook, age 58, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (October 28, 2019) at his home.

He was born on August 5, 1961 in Louisville, KY, the son of Dena Willoughby Webb and the late Edward Cook.

He was a self-employed jack of all trades who enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, watching TV, and playing video games.

He is survived by a daughter, Miranda Cook; a brother, Jim Cook and his mother Dena Webb, all of Leitchfield.

Other than his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Debra Dennison.

A private burial will be held at a later date.
