Obituary
Timothy Ray Parks, age 34, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Friday (December 1, 2017) at his residence in Caneyville.
He was born on November 29, 1983, in Leitchfield, KY, the son of Curtis Ray Parks, Sr. and Patricia Dynette Nies Parks.
He was a general laborer, who enjoyed fishing, hunting, swimming and camping.
He is survived by his son, Aaron Lee Parks of Caneyville; parents, Curtis and Patricia Parks, Sr. of Caneyville; two sisters, Missy Parks (Roger) of Caneyville, Mindy Parks (Johnny) of Butler County; two brothers, Curtis Parks, Jr. (Tara), Joseph Parks (Megan), all of Caneyville; grandparents, George and Stella Nies of Indiana; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hayward and Doris Parks.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, (December 4, 2017) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. John McGinnis will be officiating. Burial will be in the Richland Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 on Monday until time of services.
