Timothy Ray Carwile "Tim", age 59, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (September 28, 2025) at Springview Nursing and Rehab in Leitchfield, KY.

He was born on December 15, 1965, in Jefferson County, Kentucky, the son of Dennis L. Carwile and his late mother, Anna Louise Boner Carwile.

Tim worked as a grill cook for Bluegrass Bar-B-Que. He was one of their first employees when they opened for business and really enjoyed his work. Tim enjoyed playing video games, especially Pokémon. His favorite music to listen to was classic Rock and Roll. He was a cartoon fanatic. Even though Tim was a private person, if he got to know you, he was your best friend, and you meant the world to him. He had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it.

He is survived by his father, Dennis Carwile of Leitchfield, and one sister; his best friend, Amanda Foster; and all his family at Bluegrass Bar-B- Que, who have been so kind and gracious since his passing.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Carwile and his girlfriend, Tonya Maloy.

At his request cremation was chosen and will be under the direction of the Dermitt Funeral Home.
