Timothy Ray Saltsman, age 90, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Friday, (June 1, 2018) at the Beehive Assistant Living in Leitchfield, KY.

He was born on February 6, 1928, in Grayson County, Kentucky the son of Fred and Ruby Burden Saltsman.

He was a retired farmer, who enjoyed bluegrass music and old cars and attended the Sadler General Baptist Church.

He is survived by two sons, Randy Saltsman (Donna) and Winford Saltsman both of Leitchfield; one daughter, Patty Mudd (Robert) of Leitchfield; three grandchildren; Matthew Saltsman, Kristie Staton (Brad) and Nick Ramsey (Natalie), three great-grandchildren; Marley and Davis Staton and Audrey Ramsey and one sister, Tommie Ray (JB) of Leitchfield.

Other than his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Mae Newton Saltsman and two sisters, Mabel Logsdon and Millie Hayes.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, (June 3, 2018) at Dermitt Funeral Home. Burial will be in Sanders Cemetery.

Visitation will be at from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 12:00 p.m. Sunday until time of services.
