Tina Duvall, age 89, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Monday, (October 13, 2008) at her residence.

She was born on September 25, 1919, in Edmonson County KY, the daughter of Jessie Israel and Mollie Eliza Hogan Gipson. She was a housewife and was a member of the Beech Grove United Baptist Church.

She is survived by two sons, Billy Junior Duvall (Karen) of Rockville, IN and James Rowell Duvall (Wanda) of Elizabethtown, KY, three daughters, Bonnie Louise Ruth of Mt. Washington, KY, Kathy Elaine Logsdon of Elizabethtown, KY and Barbara Kaye Whobrey of Brownsville, KY, one brother, Kenneth Gipson of Louisville, three sisters, Ima Blanton of Brownsville, Hazel Raymer of Big Clifty, KY, and Nora Higgs of Louisville and four grandchildren, Lisa Ann Duvall, Amy Lee Orr (David), Teresa Elaine Logsdon and Bryan Eugene Logsdon (Shelia). She was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Duvall, one son, Elliott Ellis Duvall, two brothers, Bobby and William Gipson and one sister, Myrtle Minton.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday (October 17, 2008) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Alfred Cook Jr. will be officiating. Burial will be in the Sweeden Cemetery.

Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 12 noon to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of service.
