Obituary
Ulyssa Lee Decker, age 43, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (November 4, 2012) at the Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.
She was born on May 18, 1969 in Grayson Co., KY, the daughter of Orin (Kip) and June Reed Decker.
She was a foster mother.
Other than her parents, she is survived by her fiancé, Thomas Rix, two daughters, Amber and Ashton Goldsberry and two sons, Ryan Decker and Caleb Gunner Rix all of Leitchfield, two granddaughters, Story Marie Schultz and Mya Jade Brown, her brother, Martin Cook (Mary) of Elizabethtown, KY and two sisters, Sandy Meredith (James) and Tammy Garner (John) both of Bee Spring KY, and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Dorothy Bell Hugron and her paternal grandmother, Millie Decker.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, (November 9, 2012) at Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Wayne Clemons and Bro. Billy Hack will be officiating. Burial will be in the Antioch Cemetery.
Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. Friday until time of services.
A memorial fund has been established at the Bank of Clarkson under Shanda Beatty-Ulyssa Decker Donation to aid her children with medical bills and final expenses.
