Veanitta  "Pee-Wee" Ann Lindsey, age 64, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Wednesday, (November 26, 2025) at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.

She was born on May 10, 1961 in Leitchfield, KY, the daughter of the late Herman Lee and Dorothy Elaine Hayes.

She retired from Bel-Cheese and she enjoyed canning, gardening and cooking.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Lindsey Sr.; her son, Michael Lindsey Jr.; brothers; Ray Hayes (Ken Robinson) and Billy Hayes (Arlene) all of Sadler. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m.  Tuesday, (December 2, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the New Harmony Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday until time of services.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Dermitt Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
