Obituary
Velvet K Jarboe, age 49, of Louisville KY, passed away Sunday, (February 26, 2012) at the Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
She was born on October 28, 1962, in Leitchfield, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Josephine Jinnett. She was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church of Louisville, KY.
She is survived by one daughter, Sheila Stone (Wayne) of Louisville, KY, one son, David Jarboe (Melissa) of Elizabethtown, KY, five grandchildren, Brandon, Courtney and Chris Stone and Katelynn and Johnathan Jarboe and her loving friend and caregiver, Janice Moorhatch.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday (February 29, 2012) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Ed Stuckey will be officiating. Burial will be in the Rabbit Flat Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 11:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of service.
In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations could be made to the Dermitt Funeral Home to help with expenses.
