Vivian C. Silcox, age 81, of Clarkson, KY, passed away Sunday, (October 28, 2018) at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on October 26, 1937 in Sadler, KY, the daughter of the late Everett and Madge Meredith Sanders.

She was an inspector for Kane Manufacturing who enjoyed walking, spending time with her chickens, loved Halloween, and attended the Unity Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her daughter, Jane Henderson (Steve) of Clarkson, KY; her son, Laydell Silcox of Louisville, KY; two grandchildren, Tony Henderson (Kelly) of Clarkson, KY and Cindy Overby (Brian) of Leitchfield, KY; five great grandchildren, Luke and Grace Henderson, and Kevin, Logan and Katelynn Overby; a brother, Don "Punkin" Sanders of Leitchfield; and a sister, Susan Kerr (Sydne)also of Leitchfield. One nephew, Caleb Sanders, and many friends also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, (October 31, 2018) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Rick Daugherty will be officiating. Burial will be in the Decker Cemetery.
