Obituary
Wanda Louise Hayse, age 58, of Caneyville, KY, passed away Monday, (May 4, 2009) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.
She was born on December 11, 1950, in Westmorland, KY, the Phillips of James and Thelma Robertson Perry. She was a medical transcriptionist where she was a member of the National Association of Medical Transcriptionist and a member of the Chapel Union Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Roger Hayse, two sons, James and Jeffrey Hayse all of Caneyville, her parents, James and Thelma Perry of Louisville, KY, three brothers, Robert, Roger and Clifford Perry all of Louisville and three grandchildren, Carrie Hayse, Ashley Miller and Tyler Price.
Funeral services will be Thursday at 12:00 noon (May 7, 2009) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Darrell Snyder will be officiating. Burial will be in the Simpson Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 9:00 a.m. Thursday until time of services.
Expressions of Sympathy can take to form of donations to the Simpson Cemetery.
