Wanda Marie McClure, age 87, of Clarkson, passed away Wednesday, (April 09, 2025) at Grayson Nursing and Rehab in Leitchfield, KY.

She was born on May 30, 1937 in Grayson County, KY, the daughter of the late Lon and Lola Constant Wood.

She was a clerk for the district court who enjoyed travelling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Richardson (James) of Louisville, KY; three grandchildren, Gary Kingrey Jr. (Christy) of Elizabethtown, James Kingrey (Karen) of Big Clifty & Michael Kingrey (Nichole) of Mt. Washington, KY; and 10 great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman McClure; 14 brothers and sisters, and a son-in-law, Gary Kingrey Sr.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, (April 16, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Burial will be in the Anneta Cemetery.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 10:00 a.m. Wednesday until time of services.
