Obituary
William Howard Brown, age 81, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Tuesday, (January 20, 2015) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield, KY.
He was born on June 20, 1933, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late Leonard and Vera Jane Thomas Brown.
He was a retired United States Postal Worker, who enjoyed gardening, reading, and being with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was a member of the American Legion Post 81 in Leitchfield.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda Mills; two grandchildren, Barbara Franklin, and Kristine Stephens (Chad), all of Leitchfield; one brother, Steuart Brown of Roslyn, PA; and four great-grandchildren, Cory Blanton (Crystal) of South Carolina, and Allison Franklin, Karson Napier, and Olivia Stephens all of Leitchfield.
Other than his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Anna Lou Durbin Brown.
Cremation, under the direction of the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield, was chosen.
