Obituary
William Doren Kiper, age 72, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Sunday, (October 15, 2006) at the Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
He was born on January 7, 1934, in Grayson County, KY, the son of Mitchell and Alsia Mattingly Kiper. He was a plumber.
He is survived by his wife, Virginia Stewart Kiper, one daughter and son-in-law, Carletta and Kevin Priddy of Clarkson, one son, Marty Kiper of Leitchfield, three sisters, Lillie Miller of Leitchfield, Rebecca McClary of Idaho, and Faye Spencer of Indiana, three grandchildren, Michaela, Zayne and Garrett Priddy. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Gracie Kiper and Rudell Marsh.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday (October 18, 2006) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro. Chester Shartzer will be officiating. Burial will be in the Hanging Rock Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield after 11:00 a.m. Tuesday.
