William "Kelly" Mattingly, age 42, of Leitchfield, KY, passed away Monday, (February 12, 2007) at his residence.
He was born on December 22, 1964, in Grayson Co., KY, the son of William Thomas Mattingly and Jean Ann Woosley Mattingly. He was a farmer and was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by Barbara Mitchell of Sadler, one daughter, Meagan Mattingly of Leitchfield, his mother, Jean Ann Mattingly of Sadler, his paternal grandmother, Delphia Mattingly of Leitchfield, two step-sons, Joey Mitchell of Leitchfield and Monty (Amy) Mitchell of Morgantown, KY, two half-sisters, Terri Gardner of Louisville, KY and Patty Mattingly of Lexington, KY, two granddaughters, Alex and Kinley. He was preceded in death by his father, William "Toppy" Mattingly, one brother, Tommy Mattingly, paternal grandfather, James (Joby) Mattingly, maternal grand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kelly Woosley.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday (February 16, 2007) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Bro Denver Young will be officiating. Burial will be in the Sanders Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until time of service Friday.
