William Leroy Shell, age 72, of Falls of Rough, KY, passed away Wednesday, (February 12, 2025) at his home.

He was born on May 25, 1952 and worked in flooring and roofing. He enjoyed being outside, spending time with his beloved pets Blu & Koda, and watching westerns, wrestling and UK sports.

He is survived by his daughter, Shannon Woosley (Jonathan) of Falls of Rough; son, William Shawn Shell of Hawesville, KY; four grandchildren; Devon Blake, Makalee Blake, Cody Ikner & Alexis Woosley and one great-grandchild, Denver Ray Woosley.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, (February 17, 2025) at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Service will be officiated by the family. In keeping with his wishes, cremation will follow.

Visitation will be at the Dermitt Funeral Home from 9:00 a.m. Monday until time of services.
